  Peter Melnikov, president and founder, has over 27 years of experience in the construction industry. For 17 years he served in management positions overseeing building of industrial and commercial projects in Kiev, one of the Europe’s largest cities.  He earned degree in civil engineering from Kiev State University in 1980.

  Luda Melnikov serves as vice-president overseeing administration.  She earned degree in civil engineering from Kiev State University in 1980.

  Darina Gusev serves as general manager.  She earned Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from UC Davis.  Presently works toward Master’s of Science degree in Structural Engineering at CSUS.
